2 Metro Rail stations to be closed on Pahela Baishakh

The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced that the Dhaka University (DU) metro station will remain closed throughout Pahela Baishakh, while Shahbagh station will remain closed until 12PM on the day.

The announcement was made on Monday through a notice signed by Ahsan Ullah Sharifi, Deputy Project Director (Public Relations) of DMTCL. 

The authorities expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to passengers.
