Pakistan’s PM Sharif says efforts are still being made to resolve the conflict between the US and Iran, reports AL Jazeera.

He added that the ceasefire still stands and while some issues need to be resolved, “we are devoting our full efforts to resolve them”.

“I believe the Islamabad peace talks were a historic moment in their own right,” he said.

“Pakistan got the opportunity to mediate and host the talks during a time when the whole world economy is unstable.”
