Women's football team to play second close-door friendly match today

The Bangladesh women's national football team will play their second closed-door friendly football match against Bangkok Women's FC, a Tier-1 team in the Bangkok Women's League, scheduled to be held at the Alpine Sports Training Camp ground in Bangkok, Thailand, today (Sunday).

Earlier, the Bangladesh women's football team secured a 2-0 win over Kasem Bundit Women's FC in the first closed-door friendly match, held as part of their preparations for the upcoming SAFF Women's Championship in Goa, India.

The win definitely boosted the team's confidence and motivation ahead of the SAFF tournament.

In the SAFF Championship scheduled to be held from May 25 to June 5 with back-to-back champions Bangladesh set to face Maldives and India in the group stage encounters.    "BSS
