The schedule for the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) board of directors' election has been announced, with the vote set to be held on June 7 at the Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

This will be the second BCB election in eight months.

To contest for a director's post at the BCB, a candidate must first be a councillor.

A total of 23 directors are elected through votes from councillors across three categories. Two additional directors are nominated directly by the National Sports Council.

The president and vice-presidents are then elected through votes of these 25 directors.    "bdnews24
