Prof Abul Barkat gets bail in murder case linked to July Uprising

Economist Prof Abul Barkat has been secured bail in a murder case linked to the July Uprising.

Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman granted the bail prayer on Tuesday after hearing.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Monirul Islam shown him arrested in the case on Sunday following petition of the police. Later, he was sent to jail.
