Army chief returns home 

Army chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman has returned home from the Czech Republic and Slovakia after completing a five-day official visit.

He returned the home on Friday morning, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

During his official visit, the army chief met key defence officials in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as part of the efforts to strengthen bilateral defence relations and cooperation, the ISPR said.

His visit included various military institutions and defence industrial establishments. The army chief departed Dhaka for the 5-day visit on June 28.
