FR Khan joins Ananta Real Estate as Chief Adviser

Engr FR Khan (Faizur Rahman Khan), one of Bangladesh's most distinguished real estate professionals and civil engineers, has joined Ananta Real Estate Ltd. as Chief Adviser.

Ananta Real Estate Ltd is a concern of Ananta Group - one of the country's top ready-made garment (RMG) exporters, with an annual turnover exceeding USD 500 million and a workforce of more than 35,000 employees. The company is now developing Ananta Terraces to redefine premium living in Bangladesh, says a press release. 

Ananta Terraces is the first LEED Platinum-registered luxury residential project being developed on over 45 bighas of land, with 64% dedicated to open spaces. 

Khan brings over four decades of distinguished leadership experience in the real estate industry. He is widely recognized for his expertise in engineering, construction management, strategic planning, project development and end-to-end real estate operations.
