Golam Mawla Rony quits TV talk shows

Former lawmaker and political analyst Golam Mawla Rony has announced that he will no longer participate in television talk shows.

In a brief post on his verified Facebook page on Monday, Rony wrote: “Goodbye, talk shows. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I will not appear on any TV talk show from today. Insha’Allah, I will speak only on my own YouTube channel.”

He did not disclose the reasons behind his decision.

Rony has long been a regular guest on television talk shows discussing politics and current affairs. His announcement has sparked discussion on social media.
