Bangladesh chasing 144 to win T20I series

Zimbabwe posted 143 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs against Bangladesh in the third and final T20I in Bulawayo on Sunday, setting the visitors a target of 144 runs to clinch the series.
After winning the toss, Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza opted to bat first in the series decider, with the three-match contest level at 1-1.
The hosts were powered by a superb knock from Dion Myers, who anchored the innings with 73 off 53 balls before being run out. Apart from Myers, only Brian Bennett made a significant contribution, scoring 47 off 38 deliveries.
Bangladesh's bowlers kept Zimbabwe under pressure throughout the innings despite Myers' resistance. Mohammad Saifuddin was the pick of the bowlers, claiming two wickets, while the rest of the attack chipped in with disciplined spells.
Earlier, Zimbabwe lost opener Tadiwanashe Marumani for just 4 off 5 balls, caught by Yasir Ali off Mehedi Hasan. Bennett and Myers then steadied the innings with a crucial partnership before Saifuddin dismissed Bennett just three runs short of a half-century.
Later, Rishad Hossain removed captain Sikandar Raza, while Myers brought up his fifty before eventually being run out in the closing stages. Taskin Ahmed finished strongly, conceding just six runs in the final over to restrict Zimbabwe to a below-par total.
Bangladesh made two changes to the side from the previous match. Fast bowler Nahid Rana missed the game due to a side strain that is expected to keep him out for several weeks, while Nurul Hasan was also left out. Abdul Gaffar and Mosaddek Hossain replaced them in the playing XI.
Bangladesh now need 144 runs to win the match and secure the T20I series.
