Sara Hossain, Nihad Kabir, Omar Sadat among 56 top Bangladeshi lawyers

Eminent lawyers Barrister Sara Hossain, Barrister Nihad Kabir and Supreme Court senior advocate Barrister Omar Sadat have been recognised among Bangladesh's leading legal practitioners in the latest rankings published by the Hong Kong-based Asia Business Law Journal.

The prestigious international legal publication released its annual list of Bangladesh's top lawyers on its website on Tuesday (July 21), recognising outstanding legal professionals based on nominations from partners and in-house legal counsel at domestic and international law firms, independent research, and client feedback.

According to Asia Business Law Journal, the ranking highlights lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional professional excellence, expertise and leadership in their respective fields.

The publication noted that amid the current economic slowdown and increasingly complex business environment, demand in Bangladesh is growing for lawyers who can provide not only sound legal advice but also practical and commercially viable solutions to sophisticated business and corporate disputes.

The annual rankings are compiled by Asia Business Law Journal through a comprehensive evaluation process that considers peer recommendations, client assessments, market reputation and independent editorial research.

The inclusion of Barrister Sara Hossain, Barrister Nihad Kabir and Barrister Omar Sadat in this year's list reflects their significant contributions to Bangladesh's legal profession and their standing among the country's most respected legal practitioners.
