BGB foils push-in attempt of 6 people into Bangladesh thru Jhenidah border

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has foiled an attempt to push six people into Bangladesh through through the Maheshpur frontier in Jhenaidah, 

Around 5AM on Saturday, members of BSF from Singamora camp tried to send four men and two women across the gate into Bangladesh, said Jhenidah-58 BGB Battalionn's assistant director Munshi Imdadur Rahman.

He said that when the matter came to the attention of the BGB patrol team, they quickly went to the spot and thwarted the push-in attempt. Currently, the six are located about 30 yards inside the zero line of the border in Indian territory.
