The International Crimes Tribunal-2 on Monday issued arrest warrants against 41 individuals, including former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, former ministers, senior Awami League leaders, former police chiefs, military and RAB officials, intelligence officers, and media personalities in connection with a case filed over the May 5 in 2013 crackdown on Hefazat-e-Islam’s Shapla Chattar rally in Dhaka.
The three-member ICT-2 headed by its chairman Justice Nazrul Islam issued the warrants of arrest against them after hearing the prosecution's application.
