Bangladesh 'A' to open Top End T20 campaign against Nepal

Bangladesh A team will begin their campaign in the 2026 Top End T20 Series against Nepal on August 22 as the tournament gets underway in Australia's Northern Territory in Darwin from August 20.

Bangladesh A are taking part in the competition for the third time and will face a stronger teams this year with Nepal, New Zealand A, Hobart Hurricanes, Cricket Victoria, Adelaide Strikers and host Northern Territory Strike among the participating teams.

Bangladesh A's opening match against Nepal will be played at TIO Stadium in Darwin at 2:30 pm Bangladesh time. They will return to the same venue the following day to take on Hobart Hurricanes at 1:30 pm.

The second string Bangladesh will then shift to DXC Ground, where they will face Cricket Victoria on August 24 before meeting Adelaide Strikers a day later.

One of the key fixtures of the group stage will come on August 27, when Bangladesh A take on New Zealand 'A' at DXC Ground. Their final group-stage match will be against hosts Northern Territory Strike on August 28 at the same venue.    �"BSS
