Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 465th board meeting

The 465th meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday at the bank’s head office, where the board reviewed the bank’s overall business performance and took several policy decisions.

The meeting was chaired by the bank’s Chairman Badiur Rahman. During the meeting, the board discussed various issues related to the bank’s operations and assessed its current business situation.

Vice Chairman Alhaj Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Directors Alhaj Khalilur Rahman, Alhaj Selim Rahman, Mahbub Ahmed, Alhaj Hafiz Md Enayet Ullah, Alhaj Ahamadul Haque, Alhaj Mohammad Abdus Salam, Alhaj Engineer Khandaker Mezbah Uddin Ahmed, Alhaj Md Rafiqul Islam, Alhaj Anwar Hossain, Khaja Shahriar, Md Shaheenul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Ashraful Hassan FCA, and observer Muhammad Anisur Rahman, Director of IBRPD at Bangladesh Bank, attended the meeting.

Managing Director Md Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and other senior executives of the bank were also present.
