Omar Sunny and Mousumi are the popular couple of Dhaka cinema. From their on-screen chemistry to their real-life family, they are successful in both worlds. Their relationship has been unbreakable for more than three decades. Today is the wedding anniversary of this star couple.

As always, Sunny wished his beloved wife on her wedding day. Posting a picture on Facebook, the actor wrote, 'Happy Anniversary Moushumi. 31 years ago today, I took you into my home. Alhamdulillah, Fardin and Faiza have brightened up your and my home. May our relationship live on till the grave; Amen.'

In four hours, Omar Sunny's post received about 39,000 reactions. And about 3,500 comments. Everyone expressed their wishes and love.

Omar Sunny and Mousumi met in 1992. Sunny's first film was released at that time, and Mousumi's first film 'Qayamat Te Qayamat' was awaiting release. Director Sheikh Nazrul Islam expressed his interest in taking Sunny and Mousumi together in a new film. A meeting was held at Mousumi's house to discuss the matter. That was when they first met and talked.

Although Moushumi did not do the film, she turned it down to other commitments. Sunny and Moushumi did their first film together in 1993. It was called 'Dola'. Sunny had a falling out with Moushumi during the shooting of this film. Later, the actor developed a crush on her due to that incident. He even fell in love with her in his heart.

Then it didn't take long for Moushumi to respond. They got married on August 2, 1995. This year too, Moushumi and Sunny are not together on their wedding anniversary. Moushumi has been in the United States for a few years. So, for now, they are exchanging love over the phone.
