Applications for re-scrutiny of the 2026 SSC and equivalent examination results opened today (August 11) and will remain open until August 17, according to the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee.
Applications must be submitted online through the designated portal. Manual or written applications will not be accepted.
The re-scrutiny fee is Tk 150 per paper. For subjects with two papers, such as Bangla and English, candidates must apply for both papers. The fee can be paid online through bKash, Nagad or Sonali Seba.
Students can apply for additional subjects after submitting an earlier application, following the same procedure. However, no new mobile number will be required.
To apply, candidates must visit the designated re-scrutiny portal, enter their roll and registration numbers, select their education board and submit the information. They must then provide an active mobile number, which will be used to send the re-scrutiny results by SMS.
After selecting the desired subjects, candidates must pay the required fee and return to the portal to click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application. Once the fee is paid, selected subjects cannot be changed or cancelled, and the fee is non-refundable.
The 2026 SSC and equivalent results were published simultaneously on Monday. The average pass rate was 62.25 percent, the lowest in 19 years.
