The testimony hearing in the crimes against humanity case over alleged enforced disappearances and torture at the Joint Interrogation Cell (JIC) involving ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and 12 others has been deferred by one day.
The tribunal has rescheduled the testimony for Wednesday (August 12) as a witness is ill.
A bench of International Crimes Tribunal-1, headed by Judge Md Mohitul Haque Enam Chowdhury, set the new date on Tuesday.
