Amin Khan’s first movie payment was just Tk 1!

Bangladeshi famous actor Amin Khan has returned to the big screen after years of absence in Gulshaner Chameli, which is a co-production between Bangladesh and India and directed by Muhammad Iqbal. This is the Dhallywood debut of Kolkata actress Madhumita Sarcar.

In an interview with Amin Khan, it emerged that when he started acting in movies, his first movie payment was just Tk 1.

"I can vividly remember this Tk 1 note; I have kept this in my album very safely," said Amin Khan.

The actor expressed his gratitude to the director and producer of the movie, Mohammad Hossain, for helping and promoting him, saying that his encouragement mattered more than the money.

According to Amin Khan, his main concern at that time was not money but becoming an established actor in the industry.
