Motorcyclist dies after road crash in Bhatara

A motorcyclist died after he was hit by a private car in Bhatara area of Dhaka city on Friday (August 21).
The deceased was identified as Sazzad Hossain Rabbi, son of Shahjahan Gazi of Mohakhali Madhyapara. He worked as a salesman in a garment showroom.
The incident happened around 10 AM on 100 Feet Road close to United Medical College Hospital in Bashundhara area. After Rabbi's condition became critical, he was brought to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Doctors there confirmed him death at 3:15 PM.
Rabbi's sister informed that he was heading towards his workplace when he met an accident. He was critically injured in the accident.
According to Inspector Md Faruk of the DMCH police outpost, the body was kept in the morgue and the private car was detained.
