Justice Habibul Gani takes oath as Appellate Division Judge

Justice Md Habibul Gani has been sworn in as a Judge of the Supreme Court's Appellate Division.

Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury administered the oath to the newly appointed Judge at the Supreme Court Judges’ Lounge at around 9:30AM on Sunday.

With his appointment, the number of judges in the Appellate Division has risen to five.

Supreme Court Registrar General Muhammad Habibur Rahman Siddiqui conducted the oath-taking ceremony. Judges from both the Appellate and High Court divisions, invited guests and officials of the Supreme Court Registry were present.
