Sheltech launches sales for Legacy Plaza in Banasree

Sheltech commenced the grand sales launch of 'Sheltech Legacy Plaza' on September 1, 2026.

The real estate company opened its dedicated sales office at the project site in the heart of Banasree as Dhaka continues to grow.

"Sheltech Legacy Plaza is more than just a commercial building... It is our commitment to giving Banasree a landmark it can call its own. Located on Banasree main road, the 17-story project designed by EK Architects is a fully integrated commercial building. It brings together a shopping mall, food court, restaurants, banquet halls, and office spaces under a single roof. The design aims to transform the building into a day-to-night destination.

Positioned on the main road, the plaza offers easy access to Gulshan, Hatirjheel, and Rampura Road. The location is surrounded by established residential, educational, and healthcare facilities.

The upcoming MRT Line 1 and MRT Line 5S stations are expected to further enhance connectivity and make commutes faster. Businesses at the location will gain access to a ready-made neighborhood customer base alongside regular foot traffic.

To make investment accessible, Sheltech offers installment facilities to allow buyers greater flexibility in planning. Sheltech also announced that the first 25 buyers will receive a special surprise.
