'Digitalisation aims to ensure better services' 

Minister for Posts, Telecom and Information Technology and Science and Technology Fakir Mahbub Anam has said that the goal of digital transformation is not merely to digitise technology or government services, but to ensure better public services by making government institutions more integrated, efficient and accountable.

He made the remarks as the chief guest at a seminar titled “E-ffective e-governance: Accelerating e-government and digital public services in Bangladesh” at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel on Tuesday.
