Minor crushed under wall

BHALUKA, MYMENSINGH, Sept 7: A four-year-old girl named Ayesha was killed after an earthen wall collapsed on her in the Dhitpur area of Dhitpur Union in Bhaluka Upazila of the district on Sunday morning.

According to local sources, Ayesha was sleeping in an earthen house of her maternal grandfather, Montaz, in the Dhitpur area. Suddenly, the wall collapsed on the child, killing her on the spot.

Ayesha’s paternal home is in the Birunia area of the upazila. She had been visiting her maternal grandfather’s home with her mother, Farzana. Ayesha was the daughter of Siddiq and Farzana.
