Two motorcyclists killed in Faridpur bus crash

Two motorcyclists have been killed when a bus ran over their vehicle in Faridpur’s Bhanga area on Monday night. It was said that the bus carried the motorcycle for about half a kilometre.

The road accident happened at around 9:30 PM on Monday (September 7), near Babnatala Bridge on the Faridpur-Barishal highway.

The victims were Anisur Rahman, 28 from Patuakhali and Salauddin, 30 from Gournadi, Barishal.

As per the sources, the motorcycle got stuck underneath a Dashmina Paribahan bus traveling towards Dhaka from Barishal. Both victims died on the spot.
