New SPs appointed in Bagerhat, Chuadanga

Superintendents of police (SPs) in Bagerhat and Chuadanga have been transferred, with new officers appointed to the posts.

The transfers were announced in a notification issued by the Home Ministry on Monday (September 21), signed by Deputy Secretary Tawsif Ahmed.

According to the notification, Bagerhat SP Hasan Mohammad Nasir Rikabdar and Chuadanga SP Mohammad Ruhul Kabir Khan have been transferred to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).

Md Jamirul Islam of the Police Headquarters has been appointed as the new SP of Bagerhat, while Mehedi Shahriar of the Special Branch (SB) has been appointed as the new SP of Chuadanga.
