In the video, Ayas appears to urinate near the entrance gate of Shakib's residence while making direct remarks aimed at the former parliamentarian. The footage spread rapidly across Facebook pages and personal accounts, generating widespread debate and criticism online. The origin of the video and the identity of the person who recorded it remain unverified.

Local sources confirmed that Ayas arrived in Magura on September 20 to visit the graves of individuals killed during the July uprising and meet their surviving family members. The incident took place at night following his scheduled daytime activities.

The incident occurred following a recent petition submitted to the Anti-Corruption Commission seeking investigations into graft allegations against 90 individuals, including Shakib Al Hasan. Media reports indicated that the Rashtra Sanglap Forum filed the petition on behalf of the platform.

Authorities have not verified any direct connection between the actions outside Shakib's home and the formal petition submitted to the anti-graft body. A.N.M. Ayas has not issued an official statement regarding the viral footage.
