Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani military chiefs are set to hold urgent talks on the worsening security situation in Yemen, amid rising tensions and Houthi attacks.

The planned meeting follows discussions among the three countries’ foreign ministers in New York on Thursday (September 24), with the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement also expected to be on the agenda.

The move comes as Saudi Arabia faces renewed missile and drone threats from Yemen.
