Green Heart College welcomes XI fresher

Banophool Adibashi Green Heart College welcomed newly admitted Class XI students for the 2026�"27 academic session through an orientation programme on Wednesday. The programme was held under the theme “New Life for a New Era, the Call of a New Era.” The fresher were welcomed with flowers.

Buddhist monk Ven. Prajnananda Mahathera, founder and chairman of the college governing body, attended the event as the chief guest. Principal Sushil Chakma delivered the welcome address, while Rector Tarun Kanti Barua presided over the programme. 

Teacher representatives Zakidul Islam and Mustakiya Mahmuda Parvin, Senior Lecturer Dr Amar Kanti Chakma, and Senior Teacher Reli Chakma were also present at the event.

Ven. Prajnananda Maha-thera congratulated the new students on choosing the college. He said higher secondary education is an important stage in shaping students’ futures and requires greater responsibility.
