Temperatures in Dhaka to remain unchanged amid warm, dry weather

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has issued a 6-hour weather forecast starting from 8:00 AM on Wednesday (September 30), indicating temporary partly cloudy skies and mostly dry weather over Dhaka and adjacent areas.

According to the Met Office bulletin, light winds are expected to blow from the south and southwest at speeds between 10 km/h and 15 km/h, with daytime temperatures remaining largely unchanged.

On Wednesday at 6:00 AM, Dhaka recorded a temperature of 27.9°C with a relative humidity of 85 per cent. On Tuesday, the capital recorded a maximum temperature of 34.8°C.

The minimum temperature for the day is expected to settle at 27.5°C. No rainfall was recorded in the capital over the preceding 24 hours. Sunset in Dhaka is scheduled for 5:47 PM.
