Mishu Molla arrested for Radda vandalism

Detectives have arrested Sazzad Hossain Mishu Molla, 36, vice-president of  Bangladesh Nationalist Cyber User Dal (BNCUD), in connection with the midnight vandalism, looting and demolition of Radda MCH-FP Centre in the capital’s Mirpur-1.

Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested him during a raid in the Mirpur area on Saturday.

DB’s Deputy Commissioner (DC-Mirpur division) Mohammad Rakib Khan confirmed the matter to the media on Saturday.

He said Sazzad Hossain Mishu Molla had been arrested for his alleged involvement in Radda vandalism. Further legal proceedings against him are underway.

Sazzad is reportedly a former founding committee member of the Shah Ali Thana unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal and currently serves as vice-president of  BNCUD.
