DBBL holds strategic conclave for Noakhali and Cumilla regions

A strategic conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) for its Noakhali and Cumilla regions was held recently at BURO Training Centre in Cumilla in a hybrid format to formulate branch-level business strategies and strengthen customer service.

Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan, managing director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, attended the programme as the chief guest, says a press release.

In his speech, he said DBBL had adopted various strategies to become the trusted financial solutions partner for its customers. He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a client-caring mentality, to ensure service excellence.

Branch managers from the Noakhali and Cumilla regions presented their respective strategies and assured the management of achieving business targets through excellent customer service. The senior management team also shared observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and meeting business targets.

Officials from branches and sub-branches, regional heads of Rocket and Agent Banking, and alternative delivery channel (ADC) supervisors from the two regions also joined the conclave virtually.
