India’s upcoming film starring Salman Khan, initially titled 'Battle of Galwan', has reportedly undergone changes amid concerns over relations with China.

The film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. It was later renamed 'Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace'.

Popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathee recently claimed at a press conference that scenes critical of China were removed and some portions were reshot. He alleged that the changes were made to avoid worsening relations between the two countries.

However, these claims have not been independently verified. Reports suggest the revised version presents India-China relations in a more positive light.

The film has reportedly received clearance from India’s Information and Broadcasting Ministry and is expected to be released on November 13.
