Hollywood stars from film, music and fashion gathered in Los Angeles on October 17 for the sixth annual Academy Museum Gala, with Taylor Swift, Priyanka Chopra, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Sabrina Carpenter among the high-profile guests.
The event raises funds for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and supports its work to preserve and celebrate cinema.
Three figures were recognised for their contributions to the film industry. Charlize Theron received the Icon Award, filmmaker John Carpenter was honoured with the Luminary Award, and Colman Domingo received the Vantage Award.
Swift added a musical highlight to the evening with a special performance. The gala was co-chaired by Tom Ford, Robert Rodriguez, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw.
The red carpet featured a mix of classic Hollywood glamour and contemporary fashion, with celebrities arriving in statement gowns, tailored outfits and elaborate jewellery.
The annual gala combines a celebration of cinema with fundraising for the museum's exhibitions, public screenings and educational programmes.
