AJR Courier warehouse vandalised in Hazaribagh

A group of unidentified men vandalised a warehouse of AJR Parcel and Courier Service in Barikhali area of Hazaribagh in Dhaka on Tuesday evening, damaging furniture and goods and stealing CCTV cameras and a laptop.

The incident took place around 6:30pm near Sikder Medical College, according to security officials.

Mohammad Ruhul Amin, security in-charge of AJR Warehouse, said a group of men wearing masks and helmets suddenly entered the facility and vandalised the premises.

Hazaribagh Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain said the attackers had disabled CCTV cameras in the surrounding area before carrying out the attack to avoid identification.

Police visited the scene, collected evidence and launched an investigation to identify those involved.
