Property64 launches online property listing platform

Property64, an online property marketplace, has launched in Bangladesh, allowing users to list, search and enquire about properties for sale or rent.

The platform, available at property64.com, allows property owners, agents and companies to publish listings. Buyers and tenants can contact sellers by phone, WhatsApp or online chat.

Listings cover land, flats, houses, commercial properties, businesses, hostels, mess accommodation and sublets. Users can search for properties based on their requirements.

The platform also includes a Smart Request feature, through which buyers and tenants can submit their property requirements and receive responses from sellers with matching listings. A community section allows members to discuss property-related issues and share experiences.

Property listings identify sellers by category, including owners, representatives, agents, agencies, developers and real estate companies.

Founder and chief executive officer Dewan Sohan said the platform was developed to simplify the process of listing and finding properties in Bangladesh.
