Haier launches premium water heaters, microwave ovens in Bangladesh

Haier Bangladesh Ltd has launched its premium Tigris water heater series and introduced its first microwave oven lineup in Bangladesh at a ceremony held at the Haier Gulshan Flagship Store in Dhaka on Monday, says a press release. 

The dual-product launch expands the company’s local product portfolio and aims to offer safer, smarter and more convenient home solutions for Bangladeshi households.

The newly launched Tigris water heater series features the company’s “Shockproof Water Heater. Safe as Unplugged.” technology and a Super Titanium Enamel Tank designed to ensure stable heating and durability.

 The series includes 35-litre and 45-litre horizontal models with a premium golden finish, as well as a 30-litre vertical model featuring a “No Hanging, No Drilling” design that eliminates the need for complicated wall installation.

Haier has also introduced three microwave oven models to meet different cooking needs: a 20-litre solo model, a 23-litre grill model and a multifunctional 30-litre convection model. The 30-litre model combines microwave, grill, convection and air-fry functions, offering versatile cooking options in a single appliance.

With the launch, Haier Bangladesh aims to strengthen its presence across multiple product categories. The company said it would continue to combine global technology with local consumer preferences, introduce more user-focused products and provide reliable after-sales services.
