Rohingya youth killed in ARSA-RSO clash in Ukhiya

A 22-year-old Rohingya youth was killed and another critically injured in a clash between ARSA and RSO members over camp dominance at Camp 15 in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, early Friday (October 30).

The deceased, Mohammad Ayas, and the injured, Syed Mohammad, were reportedly RSO members. Police said ARSA members allegedly beat them, leaving Ayas dead at the scene.

A murder case has been filed against 17 people, police said.
