Standard Islami Bank honours 25 employees for outstanding performance

Standard Islami Bank PLC organised a recognition ceremony titled ‘The Rising Standard’ at the auditorium of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) in Dhaka recently to acknowledge employees' contributions to improving work quality and raising the Bank's standards.

Twenty-five employees received awards for their exceptional performance. During the period, the Bank also achieved its target of mobilising Tk 3,000 crore in deposits within 100 days, says a press release.

The ceremony was chaired by the chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors. The vice-chairman, board members, independent directors, managing director, additional managing director and deputy managing director were also present.

‘The Rising Standard’ is an initiative aimed at recognising employee achievements, boosting motivation and fostering a culture of excellence to encourage continuous improvement in work quality and organisational standards.
