Published : Sunday, 1 November, 2026 at 5:18 PM

Observer Online Report

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) has rescheduled its first-year admission tests for the 2026-27 academic session to January 17 and 18, instead of the previously announced January 26 and 27.

The university administration announced the decision in a notice signed by Acting Registrar Kalam Ahmed Chowdhury on Sunday (November 1).

According to the notice, the admission tests will be held on Sunday and Monday (January 17 and 18).

The decision was taken as the University of Dhaka will hold its convocation on January 26, and the university is one of the examination centres for SUST admission tests.

The SUST authorities said the schedule was revised to reduce inconvenience for admission seekers and ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
