Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has been married three times. His most recent wedding, at the age of 61, was an intimate affair held in his own rented residence. However, he will not be staying there much longer with his third wife, Gauri Spratt; it is time to move on, as the building where the wedding took place is set to undergo redevelopment. Consequently, Aamir and Gauri must now look for a new home.
Aamir and Gauri were married on July 5 in this rented Mumbai apartment. About a year and a half earlier, the actor had moved from his own home in Union Park to a building near Nargis Dutt Road, opting to rent while his personal residence underwent redevelopment. Now, he faces the prospect of having to vacate this rented property as well.
According to a report by ABP, citing ‘The Free Press Journal’, Aamir has rented four flats in the building located in Pali Hill. As the building's owners have entered into a redevelopment agreement, the couple may have to relocate by the end of this year or early next year. A source mentioned that the current residence is being customized to suit the couple's preferences and needs.
Meanwhile, a report by ‘Magicbricks’ indicates that Aamir owns several properties in Bandra, Mumbai, in addition to a farmhouse in Panchgani.
Another report from ‘The Free Press Journal’ states that Aamir has invested over Rs. 100 crore to purchase additional flats in the same complex following its redevelopment. He plans to combine the units, located within a complex comprising 'Bella Vista' and 'Marina Apartments', to create a large "sky villa," where he intends to live with his entire family.
