President pays tribute to Ziaur Rahman, Khaleda Zia

President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has paid tribute to Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia at their mausoleums on the occasion of National Revolution and Solidarity Day.

He paid his respects by placing wreaths at their mausoleums at Zia Uddyan in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Saturday noon.

Later, he offered prayers seeking eternal peace for the souls of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
