Saudi Arabia has extended its instant electronic tourist visa facility to citizens of Mexico, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia, allowing them to obtain multiple-entry visas online or on arrival without visiting an embassy.
The Saudi Foreign and Tourism ministries jointly announced the decision on Saturday (November 7).
The facility allows visitors to perform Umrah, attend events and conferences, and visit relatives and friends in the kingdom.
However, visa holders cannot work for payment or extend their visas. Umrah is also prohibited during the designated Hajj season, according to Arab News.
