Bangladesh Commerce Bank's reconstituted board holds 439th meeting

The reconstituted Board of Directors of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Ltd held its 439th meeting at the bank's head office on November 5, 2026.

The meeting was chaired by the bank's newly elected Chairman, S M Abdul Hamid, FCA, says a press release.
 
The board discussed the bank's overall operations and future strategic plans.

Among the directors present were Dr Md Rafiqul Islam, Kamrul Haque Maruf and Shaikh Ashafuzzaman, FCA. The bank's Managing Director, Md Obaidul Hoque, and Company Secretary, Md Omar Faruk Bhuiyan, also attended the meeting.
