The deadline for applying for re-scrutiny of this year's HSC and equivalent examination results has been extended by 12 hours until Sunday (November 8) noon due to technical glitches in the online application system.
In an emergency notice issued on Saturday (November 7), the Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers Committee said technical problems disrupted the application process between 4pm and 8pm, preventing many candidates from submitting their applications.
Considering the difficulties faced by students, the committee extended the deadline from midnight on Saturday to 12pm on Sunday.
The notice was signed by Professor Jesmin Taslima Banu, examination controller and convener of the committee.
