Teenager killed in Narsingdi road mishap

A teenage boy was killed in a road accident at Palash upazila in Narsingdi district on Friday night.

The dead was Shakil, son of Rustam Ali, a resident of Chaitarpara village of the upazila.

Police said Shakil was returning home riding on a motorcycle in the evening. On the way, a covered van from the opposite direction hit him in front of Omera Petroleum Limited factory, leaving him seriously injured.

Locals rescued him but he died on the way to hospital.
