BAMBA to appear on TV

Music band association BAMBA is set to appear on TV from the coming Eid. All twenty-four bands of the association will perform in a single episode in Desh TV. Seven bands will perform in the first seven days of Eid. The remaining bands will perform in the ensuing Fridays of every following week. Recording will start from August 1. The number of episodes of the entire season would be twenty-six. The special programme is titled "BAMBA Desh-E Rock."
For this reason an MoU was signed between BAMBA and Desh TV at the office of Desh TV on July 22. BAMBA President Hamin Ahmed and Deputy-Managing Director of Desh TV signed on the MoU. Planning for airing and recording have already been finalised.
On the other hand, IRB Event Limited in association with Ministry of Sports is going to organise an open air concert. Titled "Gorbito Bangladesh" the concert will be held on July 27 at the Field of Physical College in Mohammadpur. Bands Nagarbaul, Artcell and Maksud O Dhaka will perform in the concert alongside solo artiste Mehrein. The concert will run from 3pm to 10pm. IRB Event previously arranged concert "Rock-on Dhaka."
