Pay off of question leak: A growing mindset

Though, the trend of question leak can be traced back to 1979 during Secondary School Examination period, according to a study of Transparency International Bangladesh, it became rampant in the recent years. No vice can be got rid of in 100 percent but it doesn't mean any vice should go unchecked and become prevalent in our society. What if the vice engulfs the whole environment and an entire system by 50 percent or upwards.
Then, concern is imperative to be raised. This is the situation of our entire public education sector and any public examinations held in our country regarding the matter of question leak. From Grade I to the Graduation level and thereafter in any public employment exam, if you have enough money and slight connection, you'll get the question paper with answers! It's high time we inquire on what could be the social impact of this heinous crime, dismantling the whole fabric and integrity of the education system.
What the subject of consideration of this delineation is not the unchecked and unbridled question leak since 2014 in every year, rather the focus point of today is the culture and the mindset which is the outcome of this array of question leak in the past years and maybe in the future times of which I am perturbed about. Now, when a young mind from primary or high school level gets the question paper, he receives the first lesson of becoming a corrupt person in his life. He perceives in his youth that why on earth should I study and work hard where I can buy the question and the grades with a small handful of money. Bam! The psyche for learning has stopped right there!
Well, not everyone has the money to buy the question paper or go for tuition to the teacher who actually supplies the question in the name suggestion. So that kid without question paper studying day and night watches the other kid who had the money to buy the question and the marks more than him without any studying whatsoever.
That level of unfairness in education and learning shoved a nail right into that kid's heart as his rosebud mind apprehends the power of money and corruption. The roses of effort to learn and study in his mind die of the cancer of question leak on that moment.
Unfortunately, that doesn't end there. As this cataclysm flooded every level of our education, by the time when anyone graduate from High School or College, he bears essentially in his mind one or the other thing. One thing will be the frustrated and depressing feeling devouring his mind and hopes he had, thinking there is nothing you could do in the way of fairness and without corruption in this society. The other situation can be like this: The normal way to get education or learning is buying the question and getting marks in ways regardless of how corrupt it is
And unfair means is the only way to get through in life. The result of this is that an entire generation is educated on how to be corrupt. The morale they should have developed in receiving education is completely in conflict which they actually are developing in this education system at present, the idea of corruption from their teachers giving them the question in the name of suggestion with the aid from their parents with never-ending thirst for so-called marks.
There was this saying that education is the backbone of a country. Contrary to that is the prevalent situation of this country. The more suitable thing would be like, "Institutional Education is the instrument of corroding and eroding the backbone of our country."
