One dies at RMCH Covid unit

A patient died at the Covid-19 unit in Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) in the past 24 hours till Friday.

Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani, director of the hospital, confirmed the matter this morning.

The deceased was not confirmed as Coronavirus positive but he had the virus symptoms.

Some 25 patients are undergoing treatment in 104-bed capacity Covid unit of the hospital in the last 24 hours, the director added.
