Man nabbed for raping schoolgirl

FULBARI, KURIGRAM, Dec 30: Police arrested a man on charge of raping a seven grader girl in Fulbari Upazila of the district recently.

Arrested Abul Hashem, 22, is the son of Abu Taleb of Dharmapur Village under Kashipur Union.

Police said he entered the house of the victim recently while she was alone, and raped her there.  
 
The victims father then lodged a case with Fulbari Police Station (PS) and following this, police arrested the rapist.
Officer-in-Charge of Fulbari PS Prankrishna Debnath confirmed the matter.
