Batting first, Bangladesh posted 121/9, led by Captain Sumaiya Akter�s unbeaten 29 off 36 balls, with contributions from Afia Ashima Era (21) and Juairiya Ferdous (20).  

Defending their total, Nayma Sheikh�s 2/15 and disciplined bowling restricted Scotland to 103/8. Pippa Sproul top-scored for Scotland with 43, but their chase fell short.  

Bangladesh finished second in Group D behind Australia, securing their progression, while Scotland's fate depends on Nepal's match against Australia.
